Last week I was giving one of my free initial consultations and a prospective client asked me "what would happen if I just ignored it, shut my eyes and pretended it didn't exist?" I said "you might just get away with it! There is a small possibility that you could go for years without attracting a single complaint."
The inspectors won't come swooping down on your business at random. They will be responding to complaints. There will be a sudden boom in malicious, revenge complaints. If you want to avoid such complaints, here's the plan.
Don't fire anyone! If an employee asks you for a pay rise, grant it in full without discussion. Don't look at a member of staff the wrong way. Keep all your customers blissfully happy at all times.
If you think you can keep this up for the next 5-10 years, you just might have a small chance of getting away with it. If you can't...........
